Updates:
Improved the system's speed and memory usage when initializing or doing Section 8 check runs. Case: PD-1878
Fixed an issue on the MBE/Non-MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) Report in Accounts Payable, where no years after 2018 were available for the Reporting Date Range. Case: PD-1860
Fixed two issues on the Custom Rent Calculation Type, Massachusetts Department of Mental Health Rental Subsidy Program (DMHRSP), where it failed to include the $400 Elderly/Disabled deduction in the Deductions amount and incorrectly added automatically a $200 Disability Expense. Case: PD-1762
Fixed an issue where agencies entered in online applications as sources for income, assets, or expenses would create multiple duplicated Agency records in the system. Case: PD-1855
Fixed an issue when accepting online applications from WaitListCheck or Applicant Access, where the system would change the Start Dates of the applicant's pre-existing Income, Asset, and Expense records that were dated after the date of the new online application. Case: PD-1826
Fixed an issue on PBRA RAD conversions, where household members who were previously marked as "Youth Under 18" on the latest Public Housing certification were marked incorrectly as "Other Adult," instead of "Dependent," on the TRACS Move-In Certification. Case: PD-1867
Fixed an issue on Tax Credit households in Buildings where the First Year Applicable Percentage is 100%, where the system failed to set a next re-exam date. This in turn meant those households failed to show in listings of Upcoming Annual recertifications. Case: PD-837
Fixed various misspellings on form HUD-52530, along with a printing/display issue that affected households with more than six members. Case: PD-1901

 

Assistance Connect Updates:
Added support for syncing income, assets, and allowances/expenses with Assistance Connect for applicants and tenants. Cases: PD-1707, PD-1708, PD-1709, PD-1710, PD-1711, and PD-1712
Fixed an error that would occur when syncing with Assistance Connect on applicants who had been converted to tenants. Case: PD-1789
